The large school trolley

Sized for children aged 8 and up.

Wear it or wheel it

Switch easily between trolley and backpack. Pull the telescopic aluminium handle up and the straps lift clear while wheeling. Push it down and the wheel cover closes over the wheels, putting a hard panel between them and your back. The straps also release at the base and stow away completely.

A firm foundation

The base is moulded in one piece, with the feet formed as part of it rather than fitted separately. It keeps the bag structured and standing upright.

Comfort built into the back

Thick foam cushions the telescopic handle housing, with breathable fabric at the contact points.

Zips built for school life

Durable YKK zips provide reliable everyday use.

Made to be seen

Reflective strips on the shoulder straps improve visibility in low light. A high-visibility reflective rain cover packs away when not needed.

Materials you can trust

PU-coated fabric wipes clean. Fabrics meet European REACH requirements for restricted chemicals.

Three-year guarantee.

What fits inside

Claire Geldenhuys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my 3rd Totem bag purchase, and the best there is! The 1st I bought back in 2021, and my daughter is still using this same back in high school. Best value for money
Corne Farmer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Efficient and fast delivery of bags ordered. My daughter loves her new school bag!
Joey ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful strong bag for school for my son.
Natania Weideman ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My daughter loves the colour, enough space for her in high school and the quality is great. Very happy with our purchase.
Anisa Ussuph Laher ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My son’s in high school this year and found himself needing a more spacious bag. As his books and files are quite heavy, my requirements were quite specific: a backpack that was large, strong, and most importantly, gentle on his back (lots of walking up and down stairs to get to classes). I found all three with Totem – plus lovely design options! My son loves it and on the first day mentioned that it didn’t hurt his back like the other bags did. Happy child. Super happy Mum. Special kudos to the excellent service from the Totem team.
