BLACK FRIDAY SALE – CAMPAIGN TERMS

  1. Campaign Organiser
    1. The Black Friday Sale ("Campaign") is organised bySplash Out (Pty) Ltd. t/a Totem and Savvy ("Splash Out", "we", "us", "our").t/a Totem and Savvy.
  2. Campaign Period
    1. The Campaign runs from 24 November 2025, 00:00 to 2 December 2025, 23:59 ("Campaign Period").
    2. Orders placed outside the Campaign Period will not qualify for Black Friday discounts.
  3. Eligibility
    1. The Campaign is open to customers with a valid South African delivery address.
    2. Employees of Splash Out, its agents or service providers may be excluded at our discretion.
  4. Discount and Coupon Mechanics 
    1. During the Campaign Period, selected products or categories will be offered at discounted prices as displayed on the Website and/or communicated in marketing materials.
    2. Black Friday discounts may be applied:
      - automatically to qualifying items at checkout; and/or
      - via a Black Friday coupon code communicated by Splash Out.
    3. Coupon vouchers do not stack. Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order. A Black Friday coupon cannot be used together with any other coupon, voucher or discount code.
    4. Discounts are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
    5. Discounts are valid only for purchases during the Campaign Period.
  5. Exclusions and Limitations 
    1. Products included in the Campaign will be clearly marked as promotional items on the Website for the duration of the Campaign. Only items visibly marked as promotional during the Campaign Period will qualify for Campaign pricing. Campaign pricing will apply strictly within the dates specified in these Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether promotional tags remain visible on the Website after the Campaign has ended.
    2. Stock is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once stock is sold out, we are under no obligation to honour the discount on backorders or future stock.
  6. Returns and Exchanges on Discounted Items
    1. Discounted items remain subject to our Refund Policy and Guarantee Policy.
    2. Where a refund is granted, it will be processed at the amount actually paid for the item (i.e. after applying the Black Friday discount), not at the pre-discount price.
  7. Fraud and Abuse
    1. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we reasonably suspect abuse of the Campaign, including but not limited to:
      - use of multiple accounts to circumvent limits;
      - fraudulent payment methods; or
      - automated or bulk ordering not intended for normal consumer use.
  8. Changes and Termination
    1. We may amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign (or any aspect of it) if reasonably necessary due to technical, legal or commercial reasons, provided that such changes do not prejudice customers who have already completed qualifying purchases.
